Cancer can be a frightening and overwhelming experience, whether you’ve got the illness yourself or have a family member with it. And it can often lead to feelings of powerlessness -  a belief that there’s little you can do to feel more in control of your life.

Yet, in our experience, that’s simply not true. There are many strategies you can use to build up your inner strength – and help you move forward to a happier, more meaningful and more fulfilled life.

The Healing Journey is an exciting and innovative programme which brings together some of the most effective tools and strategies for helping people deal with the experience of cancer – and greatly improve their quality of life.

The Healing Journey is normally taught in a group but you can download the Level 1 workbook and mp3′s here so you can start to go through it on your own.
